Shipping

To estimate when your order will be shipped and delivered, please consider the following information:
  • All orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Lafranke. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by inclement weather, transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be made prior to processing your order. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 48 business hours. As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.
      Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order.

       U.S. Domestic Orders

      • Free shipping on orders over $100 only available on domestic Shipping.

      International Orders

      • We do ship internationally. Flat rate. $30
      • Please allow 10-21 Business Days

      Tracking Your Shipment

      • Purchases ship mostly 24 hours after purchase.
      • It can take up to 24 hours to receive a shipping confirmation email.
      • We will send you a shipping confirmation email after which you may access your order shipment status and tracking information by clicking on the tracking number link.
      • We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order depending on geographical location of delivery address. Primarily we use United States Postal Service for U.S domestic economy and standard ground shipping. International orders will ship in most cases via DHL express.

      Gift cards are emailed with instructions.
